SPECIFICATIONS:
Output connector: 2 pin Molex type, 100 mils spacing.

Input header: 2 pin, 100 mils spacing, connect battery (+) to converter circuit input. A jumper or a SPST switch can be connected to this header as a power switch.

Polarity: Red (+5.0V or 3.3V), Black (GND)

Output Voltage: 5.0V or 3.3V +/- 5%

Typical Current load:
2 cell: 200mA (500mA max)
1 cell: 100mA

Ripple:
2 cell: 100mV @ 200mA
1 cell: 150mV @ 100mA

How to connect a VPack to an Arduino board:


Install a 2 pin right angle header (100 mil spacing) to the power port. Use a drop of glue (hot glue, CA, epoxy...) to secure it to the housing below.
Connect the VPack module plug to the installed header to power the board. Now you have a super efficient and stable 5V battery powered Arduino board.
